The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Key responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and optimizing online advertisements, analyzing campaign performance, conducting market research, and staying updated with digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to make informed marketing decisions.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and display networks.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
